SMALL BATCH ICE CREAM

The recipes below were all made in a Cuisinart Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream Sorbet Maker (1.5 quart model). I suggest that you freeze the bowl for 48+ hrs and churn for 25+ minutes. The longer you churn the thicker and creamier your batch will be.
